Return & Exchange Policy

• The return/exchange item must be reported within 3 days. You can contact us on WhatsApp at 0312-1068441 or via email at bravadostore01@gmail.com.

• The return/exchange items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and with original tags/labels attached. Returns will only be accepted within 3 days if these conditions are met.

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted in case of change of mind.

• Items that are on sale/discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Self-collected products from the warehouse are not eligible for return or exchange.

• If there is a size issue, defect, or any mistake from our side, we will be responsible for all delivery expenses.

• If a customer requests a size change, they will be responsible for both side delivery charges. Customers must send the product via courier themselves.
